LIVE MUSIC & EVENT VENUE

Situated in the Cultural Hub of Africa, Newtown, the venue is easily accessible from Carr Street, through Fordsburg from the N1 and also easily accessible through the Nelson Mandela Bridge, from Braamfontein through Jan Smuts Avenue from the N1 South.

Event Venue

The Event Venue offers a versatile arrangement which is cinema style auditorium or open floor.

Depending on the type of function you want to hold, standing or seating arrangements can be made. The event venue has a custom sound system built to meet the size, a professional performance stage and backline equipment (drumkit, bass amp & guitar amp). See table below with detailed specs & basic hiring fees.

There are two entrances to the venue, one through the main entrance area one through the intimate venue (VIP Hospitality).

The venue has staged many public, private & corporate events, workshops & conferences. Including the Edgars Music Series, Standard Bank Joy of Jazz, Arts Alive, Urban Voices and many more.
